About this product
French playwright and writer, winner of the Nobel Prize in Literature. The date of writing of the postcard is March 12, 1937. The postcard with the text in French is addressed to the Deputy Director of Rieder Editions.
Rolland writes: "I am sending you the book that you sent me, signed for one of your readers." Then he says: "You no longer send me books from your collection that I received recently. Anyway, could you send me an Ibsen from my old friend Lunier-Po." Stamp and seal on the back.
Aurelien-Marie Loon (1869-1940) was a French actor and theater director. He is known by the pseudonym Lunier-Po.
