478 drawings in these books were executed (in close contact with Perelman himself) by Yuri (Georgy), a staff artist at the Leningrad publishing house Vremya Dmitrievich Skaldin (1891-1951), the younger brother of the writer Alexei Dmitrievich Skaldin, who was able to perfectly illustrate the most complex scientific phenomena and experiments.
