Russian Russian Army Regiments series books are dedicated to seven of the most brilliant military regiments of the Russian army: Izmailovsky, Preobrazhensky, Cavalry Guards, Semenovtsy, Life Hussars, Horse Guards, Guards Artillerymen. Much less is known about the participation of the Guards artillery in the military campaigns of the XVIII-XIX centuries and in the First World War than about the exploits of the famous regiments of the Russian Imperial Guard - our book largely fills this gap.
