The first footnote on page 93 reads: \"124 South Swallow Drive, Beverly Hills, May-November 1940; Chateau Marmont, Hollywood, March-April 1941 and North Wetherly Drive, Hollywood, after that.\"<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Igor Stravinsky was one of the most efficient composers. His legacy includes more than 7.5 thousand pages of musical scores.
