The forbidden poem by Boris Pasternak. Seventy years ago, on New Year's Eve 1949, people passed this handwritten poem to each other. It was called the Christmas Star. The poem was written by Pasternak in 1947 and is included in the cycle "Poems of Yuri Zhivago".
On the last sheet there is an autograph and an inscription of B. Pasternak to the poet Simon Ivanovich Chikovani.
Simon Ivanovich Chikovani (1902 - 1966) was a Georgian Soviet poet. Winner of the Stalin Prize of the first degree (1947).
