The pen "Fleet. Honour. Fatherland" is dedicated to the glorious history of the Russian Navy and Russia's significant victories at sea.
On the cap of the pen, the Admiralty building in St. Petersburg is depicted in the technique of lacquer miniature by the masters of the Fedoskinsky workshops. The name of the pen is printed on the body of the pen made of dark blue acrylic in the hand-painted technique.
The silver-gilded rim of the pen in the engraving technique on one side depicts the profile of Admiral Fyodor Ushakov, commander of the Black Sea Fleet and Russian naval forces in the Mediterranean from 1790 to 1800, who provided Russia with numerous victories over the Turkish fleet in the Russian-Turkish war.
On the other side of the rim is engraved a portrait of Admiral Pavel Nakhimov, thanks to whose skillful strategy the squadron of the Black Sea Fleet defeated the Turkish fleet in the Battle of Sinope in 1853, and the city of Sevastopol resisted and rebuffed the enemy during the Sevastopol defense of 1854-55.
This writing tool will be a memorable gift for those who guard the Russian maritime borders today.
