In 1965, UNESCO proposed the idea of setting aside a special day to honor teachers, and in 1994, Teacher's Day acquired international status, uniting hundreds of countries in a desire to pay tribute to those who sow the reasonable, kind, eternal, like caring gardeners in the great garden of life.
Teachers are sculptors who carve strong and noble personalities out of marble. Their work is invisible, but its results speak louder than any words – teachers live in the successes and achievements of their students. These are people whose patience and faith in each pupil are comparable to a boundless river that, without knowing fatigue, carries its waters forward, despite any obstacles.
