An officer is not just a position, it is a vocation associated with high moral responsibility, discipline and service. Each officer has not only professional skills, but also inner strength, resilience, and the ability to make important decisions at critical moments. In his hands are the destinies of people, entire states, and each of his commands, each order is a step towards victory or to the protection of peace.
Today we honor those who carry this proud title, who daily walk the path from strength to strength, from determination to determination.
