What did our ancestors devote their free time to when there was no Internet, no television, and indeed no mass media in the form that it is today? Not a single gathering was complete without a funny story and a mystery. Centuries have passed, our way of life and habits have changed, but our way of thinking has remained the same. That's why we still live in a house where "Daria and Marya are tirelessly looking into each other's eyes." We are helped to the office by "two brothers who drive, and then two catch up." And ahead of us is the road marked by fate: "a thread stretches, you can't wind it into a ball." "Miracles in a Sieve" is the only classic collection of Russian riddles, prepared by the poet and ethnographer Dmitry Sadovnikov (1847-1883). The edition is presented in an original gift box. The design perfectly combines gold and pancake embossing, an artistic metal insert corresponding to the subject of the publication, as well as a cutoff dyed to match the binding material. Handmade solid leather binding. High-quality paper, colorful illustrations, lasse.
