About this product
Gulliver's Erotic Adventures is the only edition in the world of an unknown manuscript by Swift, created by him in 1727 on the basis of chapters and parts seized by the first publisher of Gulliver's Travels ... A. Moth for their "frank and shocking nature".
The reader will not only find out what the true dispute between blunt-edged and pointy-edged consisted of, but will also clarify for himself all the dark places and absurdities of Gulliver's behavior in the already classic text of "Travels ...", about which Swift himself bitterly remarks: "... the published text has the same similarity to the original as a good piece of beef can have the same, but it has been in the stomach and naturally came out." Finally, Gulliver will appear before the reader not as a bore and a hypocrite, but as a strong and inquisitive man full of passion, love of life and optimism, and his adventures will return to their original content.
