The great Persian poet Omar Khayyam (c. 1048-1131) was a mathematician, astronomer, and philosopher. The poetry of O. Khaimah was discovered for the European reader in the nineteenth century by the English poet Edward Fitzgerald. From that moment on, his worldwide fame became more and more popular, and the fashion for Khayyam turned into an epidemic. O. Khayyam's biography is shrouded in legends, myths and speculation, it is impossible to determine how many quatrains are truly Khayyam, one thing is obvious — before us is the greatest poetic genius, whose poetry was born from the rhythmic beating of two loving hearts...
Design:The whole-leather binding is handmade, decorated with an illustrated insert made of non-ferrous metal. The text of the book is printed on coated paper and supplemented with color illustrations. The sawn-off is decorated in the technique of "Peacock Feather". A lace made of silk ribbon.
