Antique leather-bound book "Alisher Navoi"

The range of Navoi's creative interests and searches is surprisingly wide and multifaceted. He is a poet and thinker, a scholar of history and linguistics, a natural scientist and a theorist of literature, music, state and law, and a political figure. In his work, he tried to comprehensively and deeply reflect reality in all its diversity. There is not a single more or less noteworthy issue of public life, human studies of his time, about which he would not have said his word and would not have determined his attitude towards it. So he created over thirty works that make up the golden fund of Uzbek literature.
