This edition of the Book of Power is a collector's edition of the most significant decrees of the first Russian Emperor Peter I and the "Decree" of the Great Empress Catherine II.  The whole leather binding is handmade, decorated with a colored leather insert, as well as gold and pancake embossing. The spine is decorated with bandages. The text of the book is printed on Austrian-made Palatina Avorio 100 paper. The sawn-off shotgun is decorated in the torshoning technique. Lace made of silk ribbon. The flyleaf is made of solid designer paper. The doublet is encrusted with gold.
