The Index of Government Orders for the Ministry of Finance was published in St. Petersburg, weekly, from 1865 to 1884. The magazine published official information on the Ministry of Finance: government orders, civil service movement, current information on Russian and foreign finance, industry and trade. In 1885, the magazine was transformed into the Bulletin of Finance, Industry and Trade. Now the magazine covered "the economic activities of the government and the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Trade and Industry in particular." He published articles on economic topics dedicated to Russia and European countries. Statistics occupied a large place. The Bulletin stopped publishing government orders and movements in the civil service, all attention was entirely paid to current information about Russian and foreign finances.
