Konstantin Tsiolkovsky published 148 works during his life (mostly articles and small pamphlets), more than 600 unpublished manuscripts have been preserved in the archive, most of which were published in the 1990s and later. In a short period (1917-1935), Tsiolkovsky published four times more works than in his entire previous life.
