Autographed photo of Bill Clinton's politician

Bill Clinton is an American statesman and politician, the 42nd President of the United States (1993-2001) from the Democratic Party. Prior to his election to the presidency, he was elected Governor of Arkansas five times.

The recipient of the autograph is the Soviet composer Oscar Feltsman.

The inscription in the lower right corner:
«To Oscar Feltsman
Best wishes,
Bill Clinton»

At one of the receptions in America, where President Bill Clinton was present, Oscar Feltzman performed his most famous composition — "Lilies of the Valley". Feltzman later recalled that Clinton was amazed that the whole room was singing with him. "Both Clinton and Giuliani were amazed that simple songs like "Lilies of the Valley", or "My Black Sea", or "Wreath of the Danube" are known both in America and in France."

Interestingly, Bill Clinton himself was fond of music. In his youth, the future president played the saxophone and led a jazz band with the funny name "Three Blind Mice".
