Audrey Hepburn was ranked third in the list of the greatest actresses of American cinema by the American Film Institute.

This shot shows Audrey Hepburn during the filming of the movie "How to Steal a Million" in 1966. Many of the costumes for the film became iconic – the author was the actress' favorite designer, Hubert de Givenchy.

Audrey Hepburn was a novelty. The risk, however, paid off, and after the premiere, many viewers adopted the hairstyle. Alexander de Paris, who christened his brainchild, was engaged in the transformation of the star. Coupe Infante’66, and the famous photographer Richard Avedon recommended updating the image.
