A samurai is a Japanese warrior belonging to the nobility. These warriors knew no fear of death and were ready to give their lives for the sake of duty and honor. They are often compared to the knights of the Middle Ages, but the code of rules, customs and dogmas of "Bushido", "The Way of the Warrior" differs in many ways in a more complex, unique and unique aesthetic. Samurai possess iron willpower, strive for spiritual and physical perfection and a philosophical outlook on life. The samurai's main weapons were two swords - katana and wakizashi. It was also mandatory to have a bow and the ability to stay in the saddle. Samurai armor was made from a variety of plates tightly laced to each other, which were light and at the same time durable. It is impossible to remain indifferent to this culture and its age-old traditions, which is why this topic has long inspired leaders and people of success.
The sculptor depicts the Spirit of a Samurai embodied in the image of a Tiger, a beautiful, charismatic, dexterous and brave predator at the moment of a fierce battle with the enemy. The tiger, grinning, directs his gaze at the enemy, releasing tenacious claws, he raises his sword for a crushing blow. The folds of the clothes are fluttering in the wind. Everything is subject to an unrestrained impulse. The flag is fluttering, arrows are flying at the samurai, but he, as if not noticing this, rushes forward.
The task of the composition is to delight the viewer from contemplating a work of art, an original idea, the versatility of meaning, the subtlety of working out details, angles and textures, the impeccable plasticity of modeling, inspire feats of overcoming difficulties and new triumphant victories.
