This is the largest set of Tumbler figures in our assortment. The rosewood and boxwood chess pieces included in this set owe their design, principle of operation and style to the English master, who created chess at the beginning of the XIX century somewhat resembling the Russian toy "Roly-Poly". The board is made of solid stained oak.
The figures are hand-carved: the light ones are made of boxwood, and the dark ones are made of rosewood. The height of the king is 4 inches (about 10 cm). A weighting device is installed at the base of each figure, so that the figure is weighty and lies pleasantly in the player's hand. In addition, all shapes return to their original state when they deviate from the vertical position.
There are compartments inside the board for each piece. The soft bed is draped with stretch velvet, as a result of which the figures are not deformed.
Materials: artificial oak, velvet.
