The composition was created by Leonid Golovko, a student and assistant of the People's Sculptor of the USSR Z.I. Azgur. The artist has participated in exhibitions in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Minsk, Amsterdam, Berlin, Washington, Warsaw and other cities, and his works are in galleries and private collections of major representatives of world politics, culture and business. This work was created on the eve of the 70th anniversary of the Yalta Conference, a meeting that defined the future of the post-war world and consolidated the global order that was being formed in the Livadia Palace in February 1945.
