Genuine leather photo album "Born in the USSR"

A handmade album made of genuine leather with buckles and a brass monogram is not a thing for storing pictures, but for preserving life. Not a digital medium, but a material footprint: every crack on the cover is like a road from childhood, every page is like a time stop. The opening of the album is accompanied by a click of straps — almost like a time machine running past footage.
Inside are thick molded pages with rustling tracing paper that protects photos from scratches and moisture. They put not only pictures here, but also yellowed tickets, diagrams on the back of receipts, children's drawings, candy wrappers — everything that becomes part of the family chronicle. On the first page there may be a photo of a family at a truck in a new building in 1978, under which there is a child's caption: "I was afraid for the cat."
