Arsen Mardirosov is a graphic artist, poster artist and illustrator. Member of the Union of Artists of the RSFSR since 1967.

Arsen Mardirosov was one of the first to work in the Don Propaganda Poster workshop. The artist created posters on acute political and social topics. The artist's easel works are also known, where the main theme is the Don landscape. His works are represented in the Museum of Modern Art in Rostov-on-Don, and are also scattered through private collections not only in Russia, but also abroad.

The poster contains a quote from the poem "The Pillar" by V.V. Mayakovsky. Vladimir Mayakovsky took part in the creation of numerous Soviet posters, to which he came up with signatures. The poet created catchy slogans for political, commercial and social advertising in the new state. Vladimir Mayakovsky's posters have become classics of Soviet poster art.
