Alexander Kuhn is an artillery general, the head of the Tula Emperor Peter the Great Arms Factory for 25 years. Alexander Kuhn was actively engaged in public work in Tula, chaired the council of the Tula branch of the Imperial Russian Technical Society and the board of the Tula Society for Proper Hunting.
