Viktor Tsoi is a Soviet rock musician, songwriter, poet, artist and actor of Korean-Russian origin. The founder and leader of the rock band Kino, as well as one of the most influential and famous Soviet rock musicians. Choi himself wrote the lyrics and performed all the songs at the concerts of the Kino group, which disbanded immediately after his death.

For Soviet youth, Viktor Tsoi was primarily a rock legend. After the release of the album "Blood Group", his songs were played in every yard and in every apartment. Many young people imitated the frontman of the Kino group in their manners and even began to dress "like Tsoi". The phenomenon that the Kino group represented in the post-Soviet space was unique: the problems raised in Tsoi's songs continue to worry young minds to this day.
