In 1790, a year after the battle with the Swedish fleet at Svenkzund, a brochure was printed, which is now a bibliographic rarity. The author, Alexander Dmitriev, admires the exploits of the officers of the Guard in a high–flown style and, sprinkling his narrative with allegories from mythology, decorates the official Prince of Nassau-Siegen with flowers of his eloquence.
The work was published without specifying the author.
