The works are based on the author's trip to Tuva, where the harmony of human and nature coexistence underlies the ancient culture of its people. The sculptures were created based on the author's sketches from life. The sight of girls starting their day in harmony with the world and themselves embodies in the sculptor's mind a state of innocence, purity and fragility.
Yulia Fedotova, an artist and a member of the Union of Artists of Russia, went to the Tuva reservation in search of inspiration. There she was struck by the pristine nature — endless steppes, sacred mountains, healing springs and the hospitality of nomadic families. The contrast between the leisurely lifestyle of nomads and the hustle and bustle of civilization awakened in her a deep sense of freedom, liveliness and organic human movement in space — qualities inherent in her subsequent sculptures.
