About this product
Art. : 131-633

The artists of the Imperial Porcelain Factory are famous not only for their mastery of porcelain painting, but also for creating new interesting shapes. Porcelain sculpture is both fragile and plastic; it is able to convey the most subtle nuances and shades of the character of the characters depicted.

This is exactly what the new work of the artist A. Nicheporchuk turned out to be – the sculpture "Vladimir Vysotsky". The author chose a wayward material for the sculptural portrait – "biscuit", using the casting method followed by high-temperature firing. Nevertheless, the sculpture surprisingly accurately conveys Vysotsky's "rebellious" character.

We are faced with a cult poet, an artist of theater and cinema, a creative personality and at the same time a surprisingly strong–minded person who at one time was able to resist generally accepted views and norms.

Having become the personification of the creative element, today, thanks to the masters of the Imperial Porcelain Factory, he himself found reflection in the most noble and majestic element – Russian porcelain.
