About this product
Art. : 421-8

The AK-17 art object, made of rare woods and epoxy resin, is a powerful statement about the power, technology and artistic transformation of weapons into objects of high art. The sculptural model of the automaton was created using ebony, rosewood, African teak, grainy sycamore and swamp mahogany — rocks, each of which has a unique texture and character. These materials are combined with translucent epoxy resin, giving the object a futuristic look.

The work impresses not only with its texture, but also with its architectural precision: every element — from the bed to the sight, from the magazine to the muzzle — is displayed with jewelry precision. Transparent areas create an "X-ray" effect, allowing you to see the inner geometry of the shape, while saturated red, black and woody inclusions enhance the drama of the image. This object does not imitate a weapon — it makes sense of it, turning it into an art installation in which the organics of wood enter into a dialogue with technology and symbolism.

The AK-17 is not intended for play or exposure in the standard sense. It is an emotional object, an object for collectors, those who see design as a language and materials as a way to express a thought. It will fit seamlessly into the space of a modern office, art gallery or private collection, where powerful visual metaphors and the value of handmade art are appreciated.

Please note: the product may differ from the one shown in the photo due to the natural uniqueness of the wood texture and the characteristic iridescences of epoxy resin, so that each work is one of a kind!

Dear customers, the product can be made with epoxy resin of any color on an individual order!
