The most complete edition of the works of Antoine de Saint-Exupery (1900-1944) in Russian. The first volume includes the novels "Southern Postal", "Night Flight" and the novellas "Planet of People", "Military Pilot", "Little Prince".
The second volume: the essay "Citadel", the result of the writer's creative search. Work on the book lasted about ten years and was interrupted by the tragic death of Saint-Exupery during another combat mission.
The third volume presents Saint-Exupery's artistic journalism from the books "The Meaning of Life" and "Military Notes 1939-1944" with the greatest completeness. An addition is the long-unpublished letters to the mother and friend of Rene de Saussin's youth. This is not only a personal correspondence revealing the identity of the writer.
It was in the letters, sometimes resembling small prose poems, that the unique literary style of Saint-Exupery was born and honed. The published photographic material represents the writer in various periods of his life.
