Konstantin Tsiolkovsky is a self—taught scientist who became the founder of modern cosmonautics.

In his works Konstantin Tsiolkovsky paid a lot of attention to the issues of social structure. The scientist believed that our world could be explained from a cosmic point of view, and saw the future of mankind in space exploration. He predicted that in the future humanity would have to survive in conditions of depletion of earth's resources and cooling of the sun. Therefore, he considered the continuous development and improvement of man and society to be his main priority.

In his work "The Social Organization of Mankind," Tsiolkovsky developed his idea of the gradual evolution of society based on the principle of monism. The scientist believed in a single source of origin, existence and development of the universe, nature, man and society. He considered this source to be a divine entity called the Cause of the Cosmos, which observes life on the planet, but at first does not manifest itself. But one day, when humanity reaches a high stage of development, it will be able to communicate with the Cause, receive advice from it. And gradually it will become the highest center of human and social leadership.
