Yuri Olesha's famous story "Three Fat Men" has been around for more than a century, because it was written in 1924, but this amazing story with an exciting plot invariably attracts the attention of children and adults.
The book is decorated with the original drawings by the famous Soviet artist Leonid Vladimirsky, made by him for this story in 1958 and which caused Olesha's genuine delight, as well as drawings by this artist for a set of postcards for The Three Fat Men, released in 1963; at the end of the book these postcards are printed as an appendix.
