Manual rewriting gave life to the text, gave it a personal touch. And the creation of an exquisite miniature edition of this kind is an excellent gift for anyone who was born in our country and considers himself a citizen of it.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>The publication is supplemented with the texts of amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation from 2008.
