The icon in electroplating technique "Dmitry Solunsky" Zlatoust

The Dmitry Solunsky icon, made by the masters of Zlatoust in the technique of electroplating, is an artistic work that combines the canonical image and the jewelry precision of metal. The relief composition is placed in a frame made of natural wood in a warm shade, emphasizing the nobility of the design. The saint is depicted riding a horse, with a spear and a cross — as a warrior and defender of the faith, a symbol of courage and spiritual fortitude.

The electroplating technique allows you to capture the smallest details: the plasticity of armor, the movement of the folds of the cloak, the texture of the horse's mane and the rocky surface under the hooves. The contrast of gilded and dark areas creates expressive depth, enhancing the volume of the relief. The ornamental framing with crosses and intertwined patterns gives the composition completeness and architectural rigor, maintaining the solemn character of the image.

The Dmitry Solunsky icon will be a significant gift for a person who appreciates the Orthodox traditions and artistic skills of the Zlatoust school. It will fit seamlessly into a home iconostasis, office or executive space, filling the interior with meaning, inner strength and respect for the spiritual heritage.
