Mikhail Moskvin
The Mikhail Moskvin brand is the starting point of the history of wristwatch production at the famous Uglich Watch Factory. Tower clocks with the gospel were made here for churches of the Russian Empire and other countries. The fame of the Uglich masters has been going on since the XVIII century.
In 1882, Mikhail Moskvin, an outstanding Moscow watchmaker, founded his own workshop after gaining experience and improving his skills from the best craftsmen in Austria. The first floor and wall clocks with the stamp "MM" were created in the same year.
The traditions established back in the XIX century, and the use of modern technologies now allowed to revive the work of the great master in Uglich. Today, the domestic brand Mikhail Moskvin continues to adhere to the principles of quality, functionality and accessibility of its watches, as in the past. Thanks to exports, the brand has become popular not only in Russia, but also abroad, becoming famous for its high standards and attractive design.
