Didier Pironi is a French racing driver, vice—champion of Formula 1, winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
In his youth, Pironi studied engineering. Didier's interest in motorsport arose under the influence of his half-brother Jose Dolan, a French racing driver, and after attending the Paul Ricard driving school developed into a serious hobby.
