Author's sculpture made of wood and plastic "Chess. Cats of Desires"

The unusual chess set "Cats of Desires" combines the conciseness of form and sincere irony inherent in modern art. Two groups of minimalistic figures, made in the form of funny cats, lined up on a classic wooden field with black and coffee markings - one matte black, the other milky white. Each figure has its own personality: the subtle expressions of the muzzles, the tilt of the ears, the position of the tail. They don't just participate in the party — they seem to be living their own tactical drama.

This art object was created as an emotional bridge between an adult and an inner child. In a world where decisions require logic, and the result depends on calculation, it is suggested to make a move based on a dream. White — desires, black — doubts. Rivals with an equal right to win, meeting at the board every time you allow yourself to dream. The set is intended not only for collectors, but also for everyone who is looking for inspiration, a game, a metaphor.

Dobrotorium.Art strives not only to promote and popularize the creativity of children with disabilities, but also to create a community where everyone can contribute to the cause of kindness, love and understanding through art. "Cats of Desires" is a vivid example of how visual lightness can convey a deep idea. This is chess, in which it is more important not to win, but to hear yourself.
