"The Dragon" is a stone—cutting composition that addresses one of the oldest mythological images of world culture. In various traditions, the dragon is endowed with symbols of strength, wisdom and power, often acting as the guardian of treasures and sacred values. In this work, he appears as a silent guardian, towering over a stone cliff and seemingly observing the surrounding space.

The dragon's figure is made of silver and complemented with precious stones. The detailed scales, the curve of the powerful neck and the wide-open wings form an expressive silhouette and convey a sense of inner energy. The scarlet smalt inserts in the wings become a bright artistic accent, contrasting with the dark shades of the stone and creating an association with flames.
