About this product
The author of the book is a senior researcher at the State Historical Museum. He has published more than three hundred works on numismatics, phaleristics, heraldry and military history. This book contains the most interesting materials about awards, including even orders of Polish origin, decorated weapons, St. George sets, and "women's" awards. The album also includes portraits of political figures – holders of various orders, battle paintings by the best Russian artists from inaccessible regional art galleries. The text and captions to the illustrations are given in Russian and English.
