Kersnovsky (1907-1944) "History of the Russian Army", published abroad in the 1930s - 1940s, is devoted to the history of military affairs from the time of Peter the Great to 1917. The work was written for 5 years, from 1933 to 1938, and consists of 4-x parts.

Russian Russian Army History Volume I: The first volume of the "History of the Russian Army" includes a description of the military operations of the Russian army from the time of Peter I to the Battle of Borodino: "From Narva to Paris 1700-1814."
