Gift books in leather cover "A table book for Russian rural owners" in 2 volumes

A desk book should replace the owner in a certain case with several expensive books; but it does not pretend to make useless many other good agricultural books, especially for a host with somewhat large funds. Therefore, the compilers found it useful to point out in one of the additions placed at the end of the book the most important agricultural works of mainly Russian literature. Finally, a desktop book, capable of retaining its importance for a very long time for its main reasons, will age relatively sooner in its particulars, for example, in relation to the most suitable tools and machines for known purposes, tuks, plant varieties, their places of production and their price, in relation to various methods of processing and fertilizing the soil, feeding animals, etc. etc.; and in relation to new issues arising in Russian agriculture.
