A leather-bound book "The peoples of Dagestan. Peoples and cultures"

The monograph presents scientifically reliable information on the main issues of the history, ethnography, and geography of the settlement of the Dagestani peoples. The socio-economic processes that took place among Dagestani tribes and peoples over many centuries are examined in detail, and the interdependence of the nature and direction of industries on natural geographic zones and exchange links is revealed. The historical and ethnographic essays cover the most important aspects of the history and culture of the Dagestani peoples (the name and self-designation of the people, their numbers, the territory of settlement, natural and geographical living conditions, language and dialects, state formations and social movements, economic, economic, cultural and spiritual life, settlements and housing, clothing and nutrition, customs and rituals).

The work also presents the peoples (Azerbaijanis, Russians, Tatars) whose origin is not connected with Dagestan, but they have lived compactly in this region since ancient times. For ethnographers, historians and a wide range of readers. Beautifully designed gift edition in a leather binding with a three-sided dyed edge and silk lace.
