A set of cheese cutting knives is a buffoonish quartet at the fair. One musician plays on spoons. The second one is on a pipe. The third buffoon beats a tambourine. The latter is practicing hard with an accordion.
The knives are designed for cutting four "different types" of cheese. The blades are made of stainless steel by the Dutch firm Bosca and are adapted to the density and consistency of each type of cheese. The peculiarity of cheese is that its taste is not uniform throughout the thickness of the head and varies from the edge to the middle. Therefore, in a properly sliced cheese, each piece should have a smooth transition of taste sensations.
