The patinated brass cup holder "Head of the Family" is a thing created to emphasize the status built up over years of work, responsibility and wise decisions. The centerpiece of the composition is the crowned symbol — the imperial crown, reproduced with striking detail: through-the-wall tracery, an ornament in the form of laurel branches and a pearl border are combined into an expressive relief, referring to the greatness of dynasties and traditions. Inside is faceted crystal, shining with a cold luster, with a ray—cut, like sunlight imprinted in glass.

The metal frame of the cup holder is hand-cast from brass and polished to a warm golden glow. The handle is curved with smooth grace, repeating the silhouette of the scepter, a sign of power and support. The side decorative elements are complicated with Baroque curlicues, and a carved crown crowns the base as a reminder of the solid foundation on which the house rests. The lines in the ornament flow with the precision of calligraphy, without excessive pretentiousness, but with absolute inner strength.
