Set of Snake cup holders for 2 persons, in a gift box

The Snake cup holder is not just a sophisticated accessory, but also a symbol of a rich cultural tradition associated with the original Russian invention. Introduced in the 18th century, it was originally created to make it easier to serve tea in clear glasses: filled with a hot drink, they were almost impossible to hold in your hands. Since then, this simple but ingenious object has become an integral part of Russian everyday life, and its evolution has led to the creation of real masterpieces such as this exquisite set.

The Snake cup holder embodies both functionality and artistic perfection. Made of brass and decorated with patination, it attracts the eye with its sophisticated engraving, in which a snake, a symbol of wisdom and strength, wraps around the body of the product. This composition turns every tea moment into a small journey through time, recalling those legendary railway trips when tea in glasses with cup holders was an invariable attribute of the road.
