About this product
Art. : 101-355

The Boyarsky tea set is the epitome of Old Russian sophistication, conveyed through fine jewelry and the noble luster of silver. Every detail — from the teapot to the bowls and saucers — was created in the spirit of pre-revolutionary luxury, where the tea ceremony was not just an ordinary action, but an important social ritual. The body of the objects is decorated with bright ornaments in the traditions of the Moscow school of enameling: blue, green and scarlet cobalt shades on a silver background create the image of a blooming garden enclosed in a strict symmetrical framework of architectural design. The shapes of the bowls and the spout of the teapot refer to ancient boyar vessels, and the twisted hoop of the handle repeats the silhouette of an ancient silver casting.

The set is made in a unique technique of hot cloisonne finish. Each element of the ornament is the result of painstaking handwork: the master forms thin partitions from twisted wire, fills them with enamel compounds, after which the products undergo repeated firing and grinding. It is this technique that allows you to achieve color saturation, line accuracy and visual depth, turning objects into miniature works of art. Enamel on silver does not fade, does not lose its luster and only acquires additional expressiveness over the years. Each fragment shows not only aesthetics, but also a tradition laid down by generations of craftsmen.

This tea set is designed for interiors where the authentic and eternal are appreciated. It is suitable as a worthy gift for a connoisseur of Russian culture, a patron of the arts, a collector, or as a family heirloom passed down by inheritance. Tea served in these cups changes its essence: it becomes part of a living tradition, part of a home where every morning begins with taste, silence and respect for beauty.

Among the great inventions of China, porcelain claims to be, if not the most important, then the most beautiful. The secret of making porcelain dishes was kept in the strictest secrecy. Attempts to find her out were punishable by death. However, porcelain, first exported to Asian countries, and by the XVI century to Europe, was valued above gold. Scientists and masters from all over the world struggled to reveal his secret. The complex technology of mixing porcelain mass, which includes kaolin, quartz and mica, and no less complex roasting are just the basics learned from the Chinese. Japanese, Florentine, and Prussian porcelain manufactories added something of their own to this base, obtaining, although different from the prototype, but beautiful porcelain in its own way.
