The film "Pulp Fiction" contains one of the brightest improvisations created by Thurman in the world of cinema. The iconic dance scene of Mia Wallace and Vincent Vega in a restaurant could have looked completely different, but the dance icon was born against the rules. Uma Thurman was not a professional dancer. Quentin Tarantino wanted to choreograph the famous twist dance. However, Uma, feeling the character of her heroine - charismatic, magnetic and a bit "cosmic" - insisted on improvisation. The twist turned out to be so natural, "homey" and slightly careless that it eventually turned into a real cultural phenomenon.
