The statuettes of the outstanding French comic artist Guillermo Forcino are comic book characters made of polyresin, an artificial stone improved with the help of modern technologies. The humorous characters, funny scenes and vivid emotions that the master managed to convey were liked by all connoisseurs of modern art.
Forchino studied at the Sorbonne, and then worked in Argentina - in the workshop at the Museum of Art in Rosario, creating his first three-dimensional figures made of fabric and papier-mache. He experimented with different materials until he discovered polyresin, a unique stone with a pleasant smooth surface, which is characterized by strength and plasticity, which allows you to make even the smallest details expressive.
The accountant, Angel Milicic, has a phobia of calculators, but his boss insists that he use them at work. He doesn't want to have anything to do with them and prefers an oral account. "Multiplication, division, percentages are calculated much faster on your fingers than using a machine," says Milicic. Of course, he had problems with annual reports, with tax returns, with calculating salaries, and even with supplier accounts, but the oral counting technique he used allows him to keep his mind in good shape, as recommended by his family doctor, and this is the most important thing.
