Poetry is one of the great cultural legacies of the East. The tendency of the people who lived there to present in verse expressions and phrases used in everyday life is so strong that one can encounter poetry in almost all works of classical literature, scientific works and works on metaphysics. The ability to express thoughts in verse form was a prerequisite for any scientist and literate person. For example, almost half of Avicenna's medical works are written in poetic form.

The author Ignatkov Nikolai Viktorovich, who studied the heritage of the East for decades, dedicated this work to the founder and first president of the United Arab Emirates, Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, who played an important role in uniting the state with Sheikh Rashid bin Said Al Maktoum and achieved this on December 2, 1971, creating the first independent Arab Federation.
