Berd Vay'e is the brainchild of two successful collectors with many years of experience in the watch and jewelry industry. This powerful duo was united by a common passion that they had at a young age: a passion for watchmaking and the harmony with which watch mechanisms work, inspiring art connoisseurs and watch collectors from all over the world.
The two founders of the company have collected and continue to collect thousands of vintage watches and watch parts from around the world in order to preserve their venerable history.
They are constantly looking for new sources of inspiration for their designs in the field of watchmaking. The name "Berd Vay'e" is a derivative of the names of the founders, a tribute to their shared love of watchmaking.
"The source of inspiration for the creation of the first Berd Vay'e models was an inherited family heirloom. To this day, this symbol of long-standing respect for the history of watchmaking can be seen on the desk of one of the company's founders."
Inspired by the fading of time, the masters of Berd Vay'e offer a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the mystery of watchmaking through their stunning limited edition sculptures. Gears, drums, wheels, springs, running wheels, stands, bridges and hands – every detail of the movement tells its amazing story. Carefully restored watch elements are polished, and then scrupulously unique compositions are built from them, enclosing them in a form of noble, crystal clear and impact-resistant resin.
