The album, presented in the Stargift collection, contains plans and explications of the reactor compartment of the Second Stage of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant on 33 sheets. Blocks A, B, C, D and "VSRO"., projections of the building, a list of premises and equipment at various marks.

On the title page are the signatures of the head of the NPP Construction organization Department V.P. Semenov, chief engineer of the work production project V.D. Begaev, senior engineer R.A. Menulik.

The album comes from the archive of Evgeny Sergeyevich Kolibernov (1921-2013).

Evgeny Kolibernov is a colonel-General of the engineering troops, Doctor of Military Sciences, veteran of the Second World War. Since 1970, he has been Chief of Staff of the Engineering Troops, First Deputy Chief of the Engineering Troops of the Soviet Army. From 1978 to 1988 — Head of the Military Engineering Academy named after V.V. Kuibyshev. In the 1980s, he led the development and implementation of the USSR nuclear shield program. In 1986, he was one of the main military engineers who advised on the elimination of the Chernobyl disaster at the nuclear power plant.
